We have served over 1000 clients worldwide and are committed to helping you bring your game to life. This job role is the Sales Director of LongPack Games’ Minneapolis based North American office, leading our new team in our new office.

In this job you will be growing LongPack’s sales team in Minneapolis by

  • Hiring, Onboarding and Training new team members
  • Managing the sales team with targets and KPIs
  • Ensuring the team members hit their Goals and KPIs
  • Ensuring that the team members have the training and tools that they need to achieve their goals
  • Communicating constantly, updates about the sales and market conditions in North America
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyzing trends in sales numbers to help the leadership team make good decisions
  • Creating a culture of mutual respect, challenging the team to develop so that staff are retained longer

The right candidate will have the following Qualifications:

Skills – Must have.

  • Proven track record of hiring and onboarding new staff
  • Strong performance demonstrated, managing a team, where that team has delivered on sales targets and budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to create weekly and monthly reports, invoicing, compiling work logs and filing business expense reports
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead teams through complex projects
  • Capability to analyze sales and activity trends to monitor the team and the achievement of the business’ goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated passion for board games and the tabletop industry
  • Experience of being the top representative for an organization in North America
  • Proven track record of handling serious customer service situations for challenging clients.
  • Passport and the ability to travel to trade and consumer shows both domestically in the United States as well as internationally
  • Familiarity with customer service and customer relationship software systems for recording and reporting sales activities

Skills – Preferred.

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
  • Understanding of the design to manufacture process for Board Game products
  • Bachelor’s degree – In Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Location: Minneapolis, MN (greater Twin Cities metro). This is an onsite in person job working in an office environment locally in the Twin Cities with fellow team members.
