Key Responsibilities:  

In this job you will be representing LongPack in your country and performing the following duties:

Contacting prospective new customers

– Game Publishers and Designers in the Board Game industry and learning about their business and convincing them to try our services

– Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers

– Strategically presenting our services and pricing to potential clients at optimal times

– Collaborating with customers and our overseas team to manage project timelines and milestones

– Maintaining detailed records of your business development activities

– Working collaboratively with the team to achieve collective KPIs and goals

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:  

– The self-confidence to handle rejection when the first answer is a “no” or “not right now”

– Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent relationship-building capabilities

– The ability to convince our customers that using our services is the right choice for them

– Resilience and persistence in pursuing business opportunities

– Professional approach to customer and team interactions, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

– Understanding of or familiarity with the board game industry

– Experience in manufacturing, production, or related fields
